Residents across Stratford-on-Avon District are being encouraged to celebrate the District's parks as part of Love Parks Week from 25 July to 3 August 2025.
Love Parks is an annual national campaign run by Keep Britain Tidy and is an opportunity for the public to celebrate and support their local greenspaces.
Councillor Lorraine Grocott, Portfolio Holder for Environmental and Neighbourhood Services, said: "We are proud to have a wonderful selection of parks and green spaces across the District, and we're encouraging residents to take time this week to visit and enjoy these local treasures.
"We're also delighted to have recently received the prestigious Green Flag Award for Bancroft Gardens in Stratford-upon-Avon and we are committed to building on this success.
"Furthermore, we have recently fully refurbished the Packhorse Road Play Area in Bishopton and the Cottage Lane Play Area in Shottery.
"Our parks also provide a wide range of opportunities for physical activity, making them perfect places to boost our health and wellbeing. They are vital to our communities, and by using them, we help ensure they're preserved for current and future generations."
