Snitterfield Neighbourhood Plan Referendum Result

On Thursday 15 March, Stratford-on-Avon District Council held its eighth neighbourhood plan referendum.

Voters in Snitterfield went to the polls to respond to the question:   "Do you want Stratford-on-Avon District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Snitterfield to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"  

The results were as follows:  

The number of votes cast in favour of YES was 330 (94.28%)  

The number of votes cast in favour of NO was 20 (5.72%)  

Total number of votes cast 350 - no rejects.  

The turnout was 33.39%.
