On Thursday 2 March, Stratford-on-Avon District Council held its 27th neighbourhood plan referendum.
Voters in Long Itchington went to the polls to respond to the question:
Do you want Stratford-on-Avon District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Long Itchington to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"
The results were as follows:
The number of votes cast in favour of YES was 360
The number of votes cast in favour of NO was 31
Total number of ballot papers issued 392
The turnout was 18.83%
