Without planning permission the change of use of land to a mixed use of agriculture, bed and breakfast use and B8 storage use (associated with a glazing business which is based off-site)   - Enforcement Notice issued on 22 March 2018. 

Hill Farm, Stratford Road, Wootton Wawen

Non-compliance with condition 1 of permission 12/024443/FUL limiting permission for caravan to 3 years   - Breach of Condition Notice 3 May 2018. 

Lyndons Farm, Poolhead Lane, Earlswood  

Provision of false/misleading information in response to Planning Contravention Notice Prosecution proceedings - Defendants found guilty on 24 April 2018.
