Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below

  •  23/02586/TPO T1 - holm oak - On inspection the tree has a large split on the branch growing in the SW direction. The tree would cause significant damage to a very old wall below. I do not believe that removing this limb would unbalance the tree in any way and would eliminate any risk of future failure at The Spinney, The Avenue, Bishopton, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire for Mr Andrew Waterhouse.
