Flooding news update on Saturday 21 July:

Stratford-on-Avon District Council's emergency centre remains open until further notice please call 01789 260380/1

  • 9.30am Tesco, Stratford-upon-Avon will open their doors.
  • Stratford TIC will not be open but Leamington TIC is open as usual.
  • Salford Priors is without power.
  • Bidford to Evesham road impassible.
  • Local residents in Broom establishing the village hall as a rest centre.
  • The Shakespeare Theatre has cancelled performances this evening.
  • Central Networks are working on restoring power - if anybody is at risk they should contact Central Network direct with their postcode on 08003281111.
