Children look forward to the six weeks summer holiday all year, but 1 week in and they soon become bored, nowhere new to go or anything exciting to do.

If that's the case then your problems could now be solved with the help of the new look 2007 Stratford-on-Avon District Council Hi-5 Booklet.

The Hi-5 booklet is a comprehensive guide to a wide range of activities across the whole District packed full with holiday schemes for all ages and abilities, both disabled and non-disabled, including dance, music, swimming, aqua aerobics, football and loads more.

The booklet also lists the extensive range of FREE activities run by the District Council in partnership with Positive about Young People and the Community Safety Partnership.

Booking for the District Council run activities, listed in the 'Hi-5' booklet, can be made from Tuesday 10 July by calling the Contact Centre on 01789 260643.

The Hi-5 booklet has been delivered to every Primary school in the District with a copy allocated to every family with a primary school age child. The booklet is also available at Stratford-on-Avon District Council Area offices, local libraries and leisure centres as well as online at www.stratford.gov.uk
