District Council refuse service

Stratford-on-Avon District Council apologies for the break in the refuse collection service during the severe weather conditions.  

Normal refuse collection service will commence tomorrow, Monday 23 July.  

Those residents who had their garden waste collection missed on Friday due to the weather will have a collection tomorrow, Monday 23 July.  

Those who had a domestic refuse collection on Friday will now have a double collection next Friday, 27 July.

If furniture and other household goods have been soiled or damaged beyond repair, please contact District Council's Hotline on 01789 260380/1 to arrange a special collection. 

This should only be done after Insurers have confirmed this is an appropriate course of action. Contact your insurance company to find out if there are any procedures you have to follow for a claim and do not dispose of anything until you have been told you can do so by your insurer.
