Stratford-on-Avon District Council will be undertaking some external routine maintenance work to the front elevation of Elizabeth House from 15 October 2007.

The work will involve window and external timber repairs, painting to the complete elevation and some repair of guttering.

To safely carry out the works the front elevation of the building will be scaffolded and it is estimated that the scaffold will be in place for a period of six weeks.

Pedestrian access will be maintained along the footway of Church Street at all times during the works.

The building was last painted about eight years ago and no decoration works were carried out to the front elevation during the modernisation/fit out three years ago.
