It is business as usual despite works taking place at Stratford District Council's HQ in Stratford to create a joint One Stop Shop project in partnership with Warwickshire County Council.

The work carried out by CPL Interiors will take place from Monday 6 April to Friday 1 May 2009.

The One Stop Shop project is basically a shop fit to enhance service delivery enabling customers to get both District and County Council services.

The new reception area at Elizabeth House will improve the customer experience providing an integrated meet and greet desk, privacy screens for customers, clarity of access points, better signage, a new interview room, form filling area and a plasma screen for planning applications/consultation.

All the work will be carried out in normal working hours and the offices will remain open at all times with a temporary reception in operation for the duration of the works.
