Business as usual at Globe House in Alcester

It is business as usual despite works taking place at Globe House, Stratford District Councils offices in Alcester to create a joint One Stop Shop project in partnership with Warwickshire County Council.

The work carried out by CPL Interiors will take place from Monday 20 April to 15 May 2009.

The One Stop Shop project is basically a shop fit to enhance service delivery enabling customers to get both District and County Council services.

The new reception area at Globe House will be located in the main foyer.  This will improve the customer flow and experience; the new reception desk will have privacy screens for customers and a new self serve area.  There will also be better shop facilities for the Museum.

All the work will be carried out in normal working hours and the offices will remain open at all times with a temporary reception in operation for the duration of the works.
