Council officials preparing for next weekend's Bulldog Bash at Long Marston airfield in south Warwickshire have issued an out-of-office hours contact number for local residents in the event of any complaints.
Stratford-on-Avon District Council has provided a number that local residents can call over the weekend should they experience any problems from the event.
The out-of-office hours telephone number is 01789 414066.
Environmental Health Officers will be monitoring the event for any breaches of the licence conditions. Bulldog Bash Ltd was granted a 10 year Licence in May 2008 under the 2003 Licensing Act for 20,000 to host The 23rd Bulldog Bash by the District Council.
The event is scheduled to start at 2.00pm on Thursday 6 August, and to finish at 12noon on Sunday 9 August.
As part of the on-going Police operation for the event Warwickshire Police will be closing the following roads from 10am on Thursday August 6 to 6pm on Sunday August 9:
- Preston Fields Lane, Clifford Chambers will be closed to vehicular traffic, from its junction with the B4632 Campden Road to its junction with the C104 Milcote Road. An alternative route will be available via the B4632 Campden Road and C104 Milcote Road.
- C47 Station Road, Long Marston will be closed to vehicular traffic, from its junction with the B4632 Campden Road to its junction with C46 Mickleton Road. An alternative route will be available via the B4632 Campden Road and C46 Mickleton Road.
- E6993 Middle Barn Lane, Atherstone-on-Stour will be closed to vehicular traffic (excluding horses), from its junction with B4632 Campden Road to Jubilee Cottages (a distance of approximately 1100 metres). An alternative route will be available via the B4632 Campden Road, A3400 Shipston Road and D6511 Atherstone Road (and in reverse order).
- Back Lane, Lower Quinton will be closed to vehicular traffic, from its junction with B4632 Campden Road to the village boundary.
- C47 Quinton Road, Lower Quinton will be closed to vehicular traffic, from its junction with B4632 Campden Road to its junction with Stilemans Close.
- Tailors Lane, Upper Quinton will be closed to vehicular traffic, from its junction with B4632 Campden Road to its junction with Edmunds Close. Alternative routes into Lower Quinton and Upper Quinton will be via B4632 Campden Road, C117 Hidcote Road, C49 Clopton Lane to Mickleton and B4632 Campden Road (and in reverse order).
