Stratford-on-Avon District Councils Special Cabinet meeting scheduled to take place on Monday 16 November has been cancelled.
Due to a letter of representation being received on Thursday 12 November, which materially affects officers advice contained in the report, it is considered inappropriate to hold the meeting until the issues raised are carefully considered.
The Council apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused due to the meeting cancellation.
The report will now be on the agenda for the scheduled Cabinet meeting on Monday 30 November.
