Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Cabinet met yesterday, Monday 30 November to consider the Housing Moratorium.

The District Council's Cabinet agreed that recommendation 1 and 2 (see note below) be referred to Overview & Scrutiny Committee B and did not accept recommendation 3.

The Housing Moratorium remains in place until after Overview & Scrutiny Committee B has considered the matter. The next meeting is not scheduled until March 2010, but an earlier meeting may be arranged.

After consideration by OSC B the matter will then have to come back to the Cabinet for a decision.
