The shortlist for Stratford-on-Avon District Council Building Control's Built in Quality Awards has been drawn up and all the finalists will be invited to the awards ceremony at Stratford-on-Avon District Council on Friday 12 March 2010 where they will be presented with their awards.

The Built in Quality Awards look to award those that have achieved construction standards beyond what would normally be expected and have been truly built in quality.

All completed projects on which the District Council's Building Control has worked on in the last three years were eligible for the awards and there were a number of categories ranging from the smallest domestic extension through to multi million pound commercial developments.

Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Building Control team are the leading providers of Building Control services in the Stratford District and are committed to working with customers to produce high quality buildings that comply with the ever more demanding Building Regulations.
