THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (DMOAD1)

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 21/01803/VARY Vary condition 1 of planning permission 19/01545/REM (date of decision 15/10/2019), the end user as incorporated revised requirements to 2 areas of the site:
    1 - Main Gatehouse - the original scheme had 2 inbound inspection lanes, this has been adapted to provide a single inbound inspection lane and an express lane without the inspection requirement - this has involved the slight narrowing of the vehicle lanes and the inclusion of a kerbed island between the inbound lanes (previously this was a hatched walkway area) - the island has a small security hut - subcontractors details and visual attached. A provision of additional air handling equipment to the north side of the wc pod, and the truckers lounge (west side of the building) - the truckers lounge AHU has also entailed the relocation of the smoking shelter to the east.
    The above changes are minor in scale and are all within the site boundary of the building and yard as approved.
    Condition 1 revision of drawing 6290 101 Rev U changed to rev Y at Land at Redditch Eastern Gateway Development, Gorcott Hill, Beoley for Stoford Gorcott Limited

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 (TPO)

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 21/02481/TPO G1, lime x7no. - Pollard back to previous pollard points at Jackson Place Fields, Park Drive, Alcester, B49 6GR for Emma Wiggins
  • 21/02514/TPO G1, lime x7no. - Reduce all laterals by 8 metres, leaving the trees at approximately 17 metres at Jackson Place Fields, Park Drive, Alcester, B49 6GR for Emma Wiggins

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
