THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 21/01360/FUL Replacement of existing roof light with the south west facing roof slope of the annexe with a pitched roof dormer window with Juliet balcony at Orchard End, Dassett Road, Avon Dassett, CV47 2AY for Ms Sandra Sandiford
  • 21/02152/LBC The proposal involves removal of a modern concrete floor and replacing it with a more sympathetic breathable limecrete flooring using the Ty Mawr system. Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 21/02361/TPO
    • A1 Ash - Reduce length of 2no. lowest large lateral branches, from 10 metres to 3 metres. These branches overhang the neighbouring property and Moorfield Road. Remove deadwood.
    • Crown Clean at 3 Old Rectory Garden, Alcester, B49 5DB for Peter Harris
  • 21/02433/TPO - G1, Oaks - 8 no. - Reduce crown by 4metres, where over-hanging adjacent garages and access road at Walls & Ceilings Ltd, 31 Tything Road, West Kinwarton, Alcester, B49 6EP for Mr Julian Workman
  • 21/02383/TPO
    • T1 Yew - Remove epicormics growth on main stem, lightly shape, removing 1.5 metres - 0.25 metres sections to improve the shape, this is not a reduction the size is to remain.
    • T2 alder - Fell at 7 Ashbury Court, Henley-In-Arden, B95 5AF for Mr Mark Newell
  • 21/02077/TPO -T1 Horse Chestnut - Reduction in height by up to 5 metres and lateral branches by up to 4 metres to strong secondary growth at 2 Grange Close, Southam, CV47 0JR for Mr S Gandy

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
