A public inquiry starts next week on Tuesday 16 September, following an appeal by Gladman Developments Ltd for residential development at land south of Oxhill Road, Tysoe.
The appeal relates to the planning application for residential development (up to 80 dwellings), creation of access with associated parking, public open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure refused by the District Council under planning application reference 13/02515/OUT.
Stratford-on-Avon District Council seeks to defend the appeal on the following grounds:
The Inquiry, expected to last for 8 days, will be held at Ettington Community Centre, Rogers Lane, Ettington, CV37 7SX at 10am.  A Government Planning Inspector will preside over the Inquiry.
Members of the public may attend the inquiry and express their view – at the discretion of the Inspector.
