STRATFORD-ON-AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICES  

THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 21/02831/LBC Works to re-roof main roof including insertion of waterproof membrane. Reroofing of porch. Replacement of existing window casements in four front windows and rear bathroom window with double glazed casements. Replacement front door and frame. Repair/replace guttering at Oddover Cottage, Banbury Street, Kineton, CV35 0JU for Miss Joanna O'Neal
  • 21/02493/LBC Replacement of 5no Crittal metal framed windows with new timber casement at The Old House, Back Lane, Tredington, CV36 4NL for Mr and Mrs Britton
    21/03048/FUL Proposed development of derelict garages to be demolished and to provide 2 new dwellings at land adjacent to 1 Church Lane, Shottery CV37 9HQ for Beeches Properties Ltd
  • 21/02986/FUL Installation of glazed roof sections between buildings to create covered area at The White Swan, Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6NH for Mr A Durn
  • 21/02987/LBC Installation of glazed roof sections between buildings to create covered area at The White Swan, Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon,CV37 6NH for Mr A Durn
  • 21/03105/FUL Proposed swimming pool at Halford Cottage, Queen Street, Halford, CV36 5BT for Mr M Loudon
  • 21/02673/FUL Replace a decaying timber and wire mesh fence along parts of a track on our land with equivalent fencing 1.2 metre high.
    To be replaced:
    a) Existing use 1 - approximately 18 metres along the inside edge bordering our garden.
    b) Existing use 2 - approximately 12 metres along the outside edge forming part of our property boundary at The Tythe Barn, Crown Rise, Haselor, B49 6LU for Mr Adrian Knott
  • 21/02959/LBC Replace tile roof covering and roof insulation, painting of windows in Dulux Heritage Green Oxide, replacement of two windows at Ye Old Barn, The Green, Sambourne, B96 6NU for Mr T Treadwell-Hands
  • 21/03106/LBC Proposed swimming pool at Halford Cottage, Queen Street, Halford, CV36 5BT for Mr M Loudon

Comments or representations on any of the applications listed above should be forwarded to Planning Development, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6HX or by email: Planning.obligations@stratford-dc.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice. Please note that all comments received will be a matter of public record and will be made available for public inspection on the Council's website.  

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
