THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 21/02357/FUL Siting of above ground LPG tank in rear garden land belonging to Cornflower Barn. Connection at rear of building to existing pipework at Cornflower Barn,  Jill Lane, Sambourne, B96 6ES  for Ms Jill Romney  
  • 21/02391/LBC Proposed reinstatement works after fire damage at 34A High Street, Alcester, B49 5AB for Ms Rachel Steele

  • 21/02079/VARY Variation of condition no. 2 of planning permission reference 19/03482/FUL dated 18 February 2021 to amend the siting of lighting columns so that they are all to be located within the perimeter of the tennis court. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 (TPO)

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 21/02584/TPO -T1 beech - Crown reduction of 1-2 metres at 1 Jupiter Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 7NL  for Mr Towersey
  • 21/02557/TPO T1: Yew Tree - reduce from 35ft 10.6 metres to 25ft 7.6 metres, 30% reduction, tree is over size for area and is pushing down adjacent to the tree at 1 Bull Street Mews,  Bull Street, Southam, CV47 1PT  for Rex Savin
  • 21/02561/TPO
    • T1 yew - Remove hanging branches and deadwood.
    • T2 yew - Remove hanging branches and deadwood.
    • T3 and T4 Unspecified dead trees - Remove.
    • T5 to T7 silver birch - Remove.
    • T9 ash - Crown lift over road by 4metres. Remove two large suckers. Clear out dead, dying and dangerous material.
    • T13 ash - Reduce branches overhanging road by 3metres and remove deadwood at The Elms, Lower Quinton, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 8RY for Mrs Hilary Williams

Please note that all comments received will be a matter of public record and will be made available for public inspection on the Council's website.  

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2011  

Notice is hereby given that the following reserved matters application (21/01005/REM) has been Approved dated 10 August 2021. The associated outline application (15/04200/OUT) granted permission dated 31 March 2020 was accompanied by an Environmental Statement:  

  • 21/01005/REM - Reserved Matters (Access, Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale) for Green Infrastructure Phases GI 1-5 and landscaping within B4100 corridor, pursuant to outline permission 15/04200/OUT comprising landscaped public open space, equipped play spaces and associated infrastructure, together with the diversion of existing public right of way.
