Reporting an Accident

Accident Reporting for Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicles

Accidents resulting in damage materially affecting the safety, performance or appearance of the vehicle or the comfort or convenience of persons carried shall be reported to an authorised officer within 72 hours of the accident occurring. This is a condition of any proprietor of a licensed vehicle issued by Stratford on Avon District Council.

Detail of the accident must be reported on the accident reporting form which should then be emailed to licensing.applications@stratford.co.uk
