Stratford-on-Avon District Council has joined together with the Graham Fulford Charitable Trust (GFCT) to offer a series of health screening events for both men and women across the District.
The events will enable men and women, who live in Stratford-on-Avon District, to have a number of health tests from a simple blood test, allowing them to, where necessary, seek further advice or action via their GP.
The tests on offer cost £14 each, subsidised by the District Council and are:

- Saturday 2 August at The Greig Leisure Centre, Kinwarton Road, Alcester, B49 6AD
- Saturday 13 September at Stratford Leisure Centre
- Saturday 11 October at Shipston Scout Hut, New Street, Shipston-on-Stour, CV36 4EW
- Saturday 22 November, Henley-in-Arden Memorial Hall, Station Road, Henley-in-Arden, B95 5JP
The events will run from 10am until 2pm at each of the locations and people are able to book at a discounted rate of £14 for each test.

The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust (GFCT) was set up by Graham Fulford to promote awareness of prostate cancer following the diagnosis of a close friend who died at the age of 58 and a close family member who died in 2007 from prostate cancer after a valiant fight.

How much do they cost?
The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust run health testing events that enable men and women to have a number of health tests from a simple blood test, allowing them to, where necessary, seek further advice or action via their GP. The cost to you is a half price, subsidised rate of £14.00 (with the District Council pays the remainder of the cost) for each PSA, Diabetes or Cholesterol test
Do I need to book an event in my town?
No, you don't need to, several events are planned for Stratford District and as long as you attend a Stratford-on-Avon District Council supported event you will receive the subsidised rate.
However, you do need to be a Stratford-on-Avon District resident.
How can I cancel?
Email info@psatests.org.uk and request a cancellation and ask for a refund If the GFT receive cancellation, they will offer a refund.
If you have failed to attend the session you have booked onto, the GFT will not offer a refund
