Stratford District Council's refuse and recycling service has been unable to collect from the following areas, today, Friday 8 January:
Stratford District Council is sorry that residents have been inconvenienced by recent events, but can assure you we are committed to resuming a normal service as soon as possible.
Some areas have received a collection along the main roads where access has been possible.
All those missed on these collections will receive a 'double' collection on the next schedule collection. If you are unsure when that is please check the website.
There is now an updated and revised schedule for next week's collections.

No collection in Studley either (as at 3pm). Are you attempting still or should we expect Monday collection?
Please could publish tomorrows list of expected collections asap so that we know whether to out rubbish out or not I cannot get computer info after 4pm.
We are in Long Marston and our recycling bins have not been collected today.
Should have collected in Coughton Lane on Wednesday but still not done. Any idea when you may get here ?
You can add Alcester to your list of non-collections. Amazing really.... buses run, postie can get through but the wheelie bins continue to clutter the streets. It wouldn't be so bad if our bins weren't overflowing from the appauling xmas collection date changes that have been compounded bt the snow... I thought they worked through bank holidays?.
There seems little point having a website if it is not kept up to date. Our revised collection date (moved from 7th Jan) is the 9th Jan-tomorrow. Do I put the grey bin out or not?? ,as there is no information for tomorrow. A few buses have been running so not impossible-but there is NO up-to-date information. Also the telephone number above (267575) just tells me the offices are closed !! Absolutely useless !!

You are at the stage of disappearing up your own backsides having made an attempt to clarify matters as usual the authority is making things a damn sight worse with the usual double speak which should be with the rest of the rubbish awaiting collection!
Why isnt Alcester on your list? It is inexcusable that the bins have not been collected on the highlighted day!!! It only snowed on one day and here we are at the weekend and the bins have all been left in the probable forlorn hope that they may be collected tomorrow. PATHETIC!
