To be licensed as the driver of a taxi or private hire vehicle by Stratford-on-Avon District Council, the driver must satisfy the Group 2 medical standards issued by the DVLA.

A medical report form, to which standard a doctor must assess the driver or potential driver, must be filled in and signed by the doctor and forwarded from the surgery directly to the Licensing team at Stratford-on-Avon District Council.
