Orbit Heart of England

In 1996, Stratford-on-Avon District Council transferred all its council housing to the South Warwickshire Housing Association (SWHA), who have since merged with the Orbit Housing Group to become Orbit Heart of England, and who are now responsible for the maintenance, safety and security of these properties. They are able to offer advice on matters such as tenancies, welfare, rent, eviction, repairs and legal representation.
