Stratford District Council are pleased to introduce a new AI-powered business creation workshop for pre-start, new and fledgling businesses within the Stratford District.

Workshop Description

The NextGen AI Launchpad combines use of a unique AI-powered business plan workbook, with an in-person expert business advisor-led workshop to help you understand, think through, and reflect on key areas of your business plan.

By the end of the workshop, you will gain:

• Clarity around the feasibility of your business
• An understanding of external factors that may impact your business
• A clear unique value proposition and market positioning
• Customer avatars and key marketing messages that will appeal to them
• A marketing plan and content suggestions
• A cash flow forecast and profitability analysis
• A website that is ready to go-live
• Drafted social media posts

The workshop is ideal for those who are:

• Pre-start: Have a clear business idea and want to test its feasibility in anticipation of fully committing.
• Start Up: Are ready to start their business and are ready to create their business plan and launch their business.
• Fledgling Businesses: Up to 2 years, who believe they should be achieving better growth than they currently are and would like to revisit their business plan to strengthen it.

The workshop is fully funded and entirely free for entrepreneurs and business owners in the Stratford District.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Participants have not yet started their business but have a clear idea that they want to test for feasibility before committing to starting their business OR have been running their fledgling micro business for no more than 2 years;
2. Are IT literate, have their own laptop, and are comfortable inputting data into a web-hosted platform.
3. Are 18 years of age or above on the date of the workshop.
4. Have completed an Expression of Interest Form.
