Xtreme Boot Camps runs outdoor fitness classes in Stratford upon Avon and has done so for many years. During lockdown when no classes were allowed and all gyms were closed, they adapted quickly with a goal to help keep everyone's mental health on track and ensure everyone could keep on top of their fitness and nutrition plans. They lent out their gym equipment so people had something to work with at home alongside online classes and programmes (including virtual boot camps and challenges) to keep people motivated. The classes included a live chat facility and a private community Facebook page that has been a life-saver when unable to see each other in person. James and Zoe who run Xtreme Boot Camps have been a real inspiration to Stratford-upon-Avon members during this difficult time. They are positive, inspiring, inclusive, non-judgemental and very supportive resulting in positive benefit to people's mental health and wellbeing as well as physical wellbeing.
Xtreme is always striving to serve the community with health and fitness. Online classes and workouts are constantly being updated to keep training sessions fun, fresh and challenging. It's been really hard work but rewarding to see how many people Xtreme boot camps have helped.
