During lockdown Kevin, the club's chairman, was constantly exploring options to enable the club to survive liaising with Table Tennis England venues and club members. Once lockdown ended the club was very quickly operational to the recommended Covid-19 procedures operating three weekly sessions at Stratford Leisure Centre and at the newly acquired location Stratford Town FC. Shortly after starting the sessions Kevin managed to secure emergency funding from Table Tennis England and Warwickshire County Council, which stabilised the club financially. The Stratford League had decided it would not re-commence until Autumn 2021 so he created a Two-a-side league at Stratford Town FC with 10 teams competing every Wednesday evening until the second lockdown. Along with all of this he raised £2250 for the Shakespeare Hospice by playing for 21 hours! With the assistance of Stratford-upon-Avon Town Council, the club has secured funding for a further five outdoor tables around Stratford to be installed in 2021.
