It has been another superb year for the District's sportspeople and teams, with a terrific level of performance and commitment being achieved at all levels and in a extremely wide range of sports.

The Sports Awards are a great opportunity to recognise and reward the success, sportsmanship and hard work of people of all ages.

The Sports Awards 2018 welcomed two sporting Guests of Honour, Sam Ruddock - a Team GB Paralympic shot put athlete, and John Churcher - a member of the GB Para-climbing Team.
