Housing Trajectory

New Houses - Long Compton

The Council is required to plan, monitor and manage the supply and delivery of housing across Stratford-on-Avon District to ensure that its housing needs are met. The housing trajectory sets out the projected supply of housing in the Core Strategy for the 20 year plan period 2011 to 2031. The table and graph are shown in the Housing Implementation Strategy below.

Housing Sites Schedules

The Housing Sites Schedule lists the sites that will deliver housing across Stratford-on-Avon District. It shows in which year homes are expected to be built as well as recording homes that have already been built. It covers the period 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2031. The schedule forms the background information for the Council's Five Year Supply Calculation

Housing Sites – by Settlement

View a summary of the Housing Sites Schedule by settlement. Settlements included are the Core Strategy hierarchy of Stratford-upon-Avon, Main Rural Centres and Local Service Villages.

Housing Implementation Strategy (HIS)

The Housing Implementation Strategy (HIS) sets out the Council's approach to managing the delivery of new housing in Stratford-on-Avon District to 2031. The HIS provides further detail and analysis on the expected delivery of sites for housing development, including the housing trajectory.

Authority Monitoring Report (AMR)

Detailed housing monitoring information and analysis on housing completions is included in the housing section of the Council's Authority Monitoring Report (AMR), produced at least annually. View the latest AMR
