Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme

Covid 19 – working age customers in receipt of Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme (LCTRS)

The Government have asked local authorities to pay a top up to all working age customers up to £150.00 on to their Council Tax account for the period 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2021. There is no need to apply for this payment, it will automatically be awarded to your Council Tax account. Where your liability for Council Tax for the period 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2021 is less than £150.00 for the year you will receive a reduced amount to cover the charge.
