The deadline for Stratford-on-Avon District Sports Awards nominations is Monday 11th December.
Nominations can be made via an online form on the Sports Awards page of the Stratford-on-Avon District Council website. T
he awards recognise and reward the success and hard work of sportspeople, teams and volunteers during the last twelve months.
The event, now in its 16th year, will be held on Friday 19 January 2018 at the Stratford Artshouse.
Nominations can be submitted in the following 12 categories:
Senior Sports Person
Junior Sports Person
Senior Team
Junior Team
Senior Para-Sports Person
Junior Para-Sports Person
Senior Para-Sports Team
Junior Para-Sports Team
Coach or PE Teacher
Volunteer
Press Correspondent
Service to Sport
