Bearley Neighbourhood Development Plan

Bearley Neighbourhood Development Plan is to go through another round of consultation, following the Independent Examiner's Report.

The Examiner's Independent Report on the Bearley NDP was published in September 2020 and Stratford-on-Avon District Council proposes to make a decision on one specific matter that differs from that recommended by the Examiner.

Therefore, in accordance with Regulation 17A of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) and Development Management Procedure (Amendment) Regulations 2016, the District Council must now publicise the proposed amendments to the recommended modification for a minimum 6 week period, inviting the submission of representations from organisations and individuals on the changes.

The proposed amendments relate to the Bearley NDP built-up area boundary, as recommended by the Examiner's modifications.

A copy of the consultation documents, including the Submission Version of the Bearley NDP, Examiner's report, list of proposed amendments and accompanying maps, and schedule of proposed amendments to modifications as set out in Examiner's report, are available to view on the District Council's website at www.stratford.gov.uk/bearleynp

The consultation starts on Tuesday 11 May 2021.

Representations on the recommendations, as set out in the consultation documents, may be made to the District Council by no later than 5pm on Tuesday 22 June 2021.
