On Thursday 6 May, Stratford-on-Avon District Council held its twentieth neighbourhood plan referendum.

Voters in Napton-on-the-Hill went to the polls to respond to the question:

"Do you want Stratford-on-Avon District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Napton-on-the-Hill to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

The results were as follows:

The number of votes cast in favour of YES was 458

The number of votes cast in favour of NO was 127

Total number of ballot papers issued 593 - 8 reject.

The turnout was 56.87%.
