Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Customer Service team have received top marks following the publication of recent survey results.

The results are from the 'Opinionmeter' machine at the District Council's headquarters in Stratford-upon-Avon, which is used to capture feedback from visitors to Elizabeth House.  The machine is placed at the exit from the building and asks a series of questions based on their experience with staff on main reception.

Cllr Stephen Thirlwell, Governance and Democracy Portfolio said, "These results show that we have continued to improve our service to customers, thanks to the commitment of our professional and helpful staff.  It's good to know we are consistently offering the right level of support to visitors to the District Council offices.  This feedback is vital in helping us identify new areas to focus on to continue to deliver excellent customer service."

Parking was consistently the most popular reason for visiting Elizabeth House with Benefits also high up on the list.  A third of the respondents (32%) fell into the 65 to 74 age group; by contrast the lowest percentage age banding (4%) was for under 25s.
