TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 (TPO)

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 18/03646/TREE - T5,T6,T7,T8,T9,T10,T12,T14 and T15 - ash - Reduce height by approximately 2-3metres and spread by 2 metres. Remove deadwood at Stratford Boat Club, Swans Nest Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 7LS for Mr Thomas Doherty   
  • 18/03715/TPO T1 - Holm oak - The roots of the tree on the south side, root protection area need to be exposed to see where the landscaping works can take place. Exposed roots will be kept moist and covered in hessian sacking, landscaping works will then take place and the RPA will be reinstated at Stratford-on-Avon General Hospital, Arden Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6NX for Mr Rory Declan Burdett Hammonds
