Public Inquiry - Land at Knights Lane, Tiddington

A public inquiry starts next week, Tuesday 9 February, following an appeal by Rosconn Group against the refusal of outline planning permission for the two developments of land at Knights Lane for up to 100 houses and up to 60 houses.

The appeal relates to two outline planning applications for the proposed construction of up to 100 dwellings, with access, infrastructure and public open space and also the construction for up to 60 residential dwellings, with access, infrastructure and public open space under planning application references 14/02766/OUT and 15/00920/OUT respectively.

The inquiry, expected to last for up to 6 days, will be held at Ettington Community Centre, Rogers Lane, Ettington, CV37 7SX, starting at 10am.  A Government Planning Inspector will preside over the inquiry.

Members of the public may attend the inquiry and express their view – at the discretion of the inspector.
