Key/Explanation

A Breach of Condition Notice is served where a condition attached to a planning permission has not been complied with.

A planning Enforcement Order is issued by the Magistrates Court if they are satisfied that the Council has demonstrated deliberate concealment of a breach of planning control.

A temporary Stop Notice is served where the Local Planning Authority considers that the breach of planning should stop immediately.
