THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 (TPO)

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 21/02780/TPO
    • T1 horse chestnut - Reduce back to the previous crown reduction points removing up to 4 metres in growth. Thin canopies by up to 20%
    • T2 horse chestnut - Reduce back to the previous crown reduction points removing up to 4 metres in growth. Thin canopies by up to 20%.
    • T3 maple - Reduce by approximately 2.5 metres in height and up to 2 metres from radius.
    • T6 maple - Reduce removing 3 metres in height and 1m from radius of canopy mainly focusing on roadside overhang. Thin inner canopy by 10%.
    • T8 maple - Reduce by 2.5 metres in height and up to 2 metres from radius. Thin canopy by 20% at The Spinney, 1 Winyates Road, Lighthorne Heath, CV33 9TU  for McLellan
  • 21/02917/TPO -T1 ash - Fell at Arrow Lodge  Henley Street Alcester B49 5QY  for Mike Bowe

Please note that all comments received will be a matter of public record and will be made available for public inspection on the Council's website.  

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
