The service, provided by Stratford-on-Avon District Council, is free to all members of the public who have mobility problems. Free parking for shopmobility users is available at the site.

Times of opening for the new site are 10.00am to 3.00pm on Mondays, and 9.00am to 4.00pm form Tuesday to Saturday.
