Non-compliance with Condition 7 of 14/01449/OUT relating to Construction Method Statement and delivery hours - Breach of Condition Notice issued on 4 December 2018

Without planning permission:
1) Material change of use of the Land from a car sales use (with a restriction of 40 cars to be displayed on site for sale at any one time) to an unrestricted mixed use of vehicle sales (including vans and commercial vehicles) and the storage of vehicles which is also a breach of conditions 3 and 4 of permission 17/01744/FUL. 
2) Creation of a self-contained unit of residential accommodation; and
3) The creation of an area of hardstanding, which exceeds the hard surfaced area shown as hard core sub base dressed gravel on the soft landscaping plan
