Community Remedy

The Community Remedy is part of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

It came into force in October 2014 and is designed to give victims of crime a say in how offenders are dealt with out-of-court for certain types of low-level crime and anti-social behaviour.
