You will be assisting the team in dealing with a variety of caseloads focussed on householder applications and other types of minor applications including, lawful development certificates, advertisements and prior approvals.
You will be expected to show enthusiasm, drive and a high level of personal organisational skills to manage a large volume of simpler applications. You will have contact with District Councillors, parish councils and members of the public.
You will ideally hold a post graduate qualification in planning or a related field or be about to graduate.
