Road Markings

Road marking in the district are the responsibility of Warwickshire County Council. For further information please visit the Warwickshire County Council road markings page.

Signage

The responsibility for signs located around the district is shared between Stratford District Council and Warwickshire County Council. The County do have information on road signs on their own website as well.

Please refer to the list below that shows which council is responsible for the different types of signs.

Stratford District Council

• Street name plates
• Tourist fingerpost signs
• CCTV signs
• District Boundary signs (e.g. Welcome to Stratford-on-Avon)
