Community Links Minibus

Community Links is a scheme run in partnership with Warwickshire County Council, Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Voluntary Action for Stratford-on-Avon District (VASA) and Stratford-upon-Avon Town Trust.

The scheme aims to help all residents of any age, wherever they may live in the district, who are stuck for transport to get to local destinations on weekdays between about 9.30am and 2.30pm. The scheme is a door to door service aimed at those who:

  • Have a genuine need for local transport; and
  • Cannot access public transport because of mobility problems or other issues; or
  • Live in an isolated location with no other form of transport available to them

Registering with the Scheme

We ask that people who would like to use this service register with Community Links by completing a simple form which can be found on the downloads section on the right of this page. There is no registration charge.

Once registered you will be sent additional information about how to book a journey. Where possible please book three working days in advance, so that the team can try to meet your transport requests. Occasionally, however, we may be able to meet your request at short notice should we receive cancellations. All the Community links vehicles have disability access. To read some comments from people who have used this service please see the Community Links Leaflet and the Communit Links Courier leaflet available from the downloads section on this page.
