Frequently Asked Questions
Will I make a saving by purchasing a Season Ticket? As a Season Ticket holder you are benefiting from greatly reduced parking in Stratford upon Avon. For example the cost of an annual permit used an average of 5 days per week has a daily cost of £1.92. Considering the cost of parking for up to 24 hours is £20.00, thats quite a saving!
How long can I park in a designated car park with my permit? Holders of a valid permit can park in their designated car park for as long as they please.
Can I park in any car park? If you are a permit holder, then the answer is NO. You will only be able to park in the car park for which your permit is valid. However, if you wish to use another car park you can pay and display or use the pay on foot system at Bridgefoot Multi Storey.
Does this mean that I am only able to park in one car park using my permit? Yes, you will be asked to choose your car park at the point of application. If you do not choose a car park then your application will be delayed. The car park that you have chosen will be printed on your permit and this will be the only car park that you can use.
Can I have more than one vehicle registration number on my permit? Yes! You can register up to two vehicle registration numbers. These will be printed on your permit. Please note however that you are responsible for ensuring that your permit is clearly displayed in the appropiate vehicle whilst parked. The vehicle must be parked displaying the correct permit or a valid pay and display ticket.
Can I purchase multiple permits? For season tickets only, yes! Other permits in circulation are issued as a result of a membership to an establishment etc... and only one permit per person is available in these circumstances.
Download and complete an application form for a season ticket. If your registration details change you need to complete a change of registration form. Please note that if you are applying for your permit in person we can only accept cheques(supported with a valid guarantee card) or credit/debit card as a method of payment.
You can download a disabled entry/exit pass card application form for use in Bridgefoot and Unicorn Meadow car parks.
