If you should be unfortunate enough to receive a Penalty Charge Notice, you now have 14 days in which to pay the Penalty Charge or register an appeal. If you do not take one of these actions within 14 days, you may lose your right to appeal and we may commence proceedings to recover the amount, plus costs, through the magistrates court or a debt collection agency.

Payments - Payments can be made online at www.stratford.gov.uk/parkinggateway , in person at any of our area offices or by post to Parking Services at Stratford on Avon District Council - please do not send cash.
Payment Methods
Cash
If you are paying by cash, our cashiers are not able to accept coinage exceeding the following denominations:
2p - any amount exceeding 20p
1p - any amount exceeding 20p

Cheques
Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
Cheques with a value of less than £5.00 will not be accepted as payment.
Appeals - If you have received a Penalty Charge Notice for any reason, please view the photographic evidence at www.stratford.gov.uk/parkinggateway and the cancellation policy and guidance document.
Please send photocopies of any evidence and enclose a copy of the parking ticket that you have purchased, if you have one, with your appeal to the address below.
