Stratford on Avon District Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2008
The Council has made the Stratford on Avon District Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2008, which will come into force on 31st March 2008.
The effect of the Order is to revoke the Stratford on Avon District Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2007 (as of 31st March 2008) and to comply with the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004 regarding the civil enforcement and penalty charges.
The changes are set out in the Notice of Making.
This Order as made may be seen at the Council offices, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6HX between 8.45am and 5.15pm Monday to Wednesday and 8.45am and 5.00pm Thursday to Friday (except for public holidays).

The effect of the Order is to revoke the Stratford on Avon District Council (Off Street Parking Places)(Consolidation) Order 2004 and revise current car parking charges.
The changes are set out in the 'Notice of Making'.
