Online payments

If you experience difficulties trying to make online payments then you can make payments alternatively by calling into the Main office to make a payment over the counter or call on (01789) 267575 and make a payment over the phone.

• pay council tax
• pay business rates
• pay sales invoices
• pay parking penalty charge (PCN)

as well as many other items after completing other online forms such as:

• household bulky waste collections

Please be aware that as of 1st April 2006, the Council will be adding a 2% surcharge to all credit card transactions. This surcharge is applied to cover the charges levied by the bank to Council and is non-refundable. The surcharge does not apply to debit cards.

We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Maestro and Electron payment cards. The minimum payment amount is 5.00 pounds for online payments.
