Dementia Action Week will take place from 19 - 25 May 2025. This campaign by the Alzheimer's Society raises awareness of the importance of being diagnosed early. This year's campaign will be focusing on getting people to recognise the most common symptoms of dementia.

As part of Stratford-on-Avon District Council's current Active Communities Strategy, the aim is to provide people with Dementia and their carers free swimming sessions at leisure centres across the District every year during Action Week.

We are pleased to announce that this will be taking place this year with the details for each session listed below.
